Do you ship overseas? Unfortunately no, we only ship to the Contiguous United States, better known as the Lower 48 States.

Will I be charged sales tax? Currently, we only charge sales tax for items being delivered to the State of Ohio.

Will I be notified when my item ships? Yes, you will be notified by email with the tracking information. You will also be notified when your item is out for delivery.

How long until my item is delivered? Each product on our website will show you an expected shipping or delivery time. A lot of our products ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive to most people in less than a week. Some of our bigger items or custom made items can take 3-5 business days to ship and are delivered by a semi truck. The actual delivery time will vary by the delivery company. Smaller items are typically delivered by UPS or FedEx, while the larger items are delivered by trusted freight companies.

What if my item malfunctions? If your item doesn't work as expected it could be a mere setup or installation issue. It could also be that a part of your item is faulty. In either case please contact us and we can put you in touch with the manufacturers technical support team and they will get the issue taken care of for you.
